WHERE YOU GREW UP: I was born in Florida but moved to New Jersey when I was five.

WHEN DID YOU MOVE TO NYC? I moved to NYC two years ago.

OCCUPATION: I am a graduate student at NYU working towards a Master’s in Social Work.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN PRACTICING YOGA? I have been practicing yoga consistently for two years.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN COMING TO SONIC? I have been coming to Sonic for two years.

MOST UNFORGETTABLE YOGA MEMORY? Thus far, my most unforgettable yoga memory was getting into pincha mayurasna…twice…but hopefully more consistently soon!

LIFE LESSON LEARNED FROM YOGA? That if you breathe through it like it’s no big deal, those things, poses, and situations will become no big deal.

FAVORITE MUSICIAN: Emo bands from the 2000s.

FAVORITE MOVIE: A Few Good Men with Tom Cruise. I know, I know, but my mom and I used to watch it every time I was sick.
