On-site Yoga Classes
We offer a range of practices, from gentle and meditative to therapeutic or active. We will get to know your staff and recommend the type of practice most needed.  We offer a range of practices starting with slow and meditative to energizing and active. Classes include Beginner Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Chair Yoga, Lunchtime Wellness, Meditation Techniques, Guided Relaxation and more to make every day a great day.
Facility Needs

Meditation, Wellness classes and chair Yoga can be done in a conference room.  Yoga exercise classes require an open space or conference room with approximately 21 square feet (3 X 7) for each student.
