About our yoga mentorship program
Start at any time! This 6 month, Yoga Alliance Certified Continuing Education program is available to approved graduates of a Yoga Alliance 200-hour teacher training course. It is designed to give you the hands-on experience, skills and individual guidance needed to take your teaching to a whole new level.
Studies program
Participants benefit from:
- Weekly class-assisting with your RYT teaching mentor for 3 months.
- Attend Mentor’s class once a week for 3 months.
- Free unlimited classes while assisting (up to 6 months)
- Consideration for Community class teaching spots
- 2 Included 45 Private Mentoring sessions and unlimited optional 45 minute private meetings with your mentor for $108 per session (max 6 months)
- 5 Required “Advance Your Teaching” Practicums with senior teachers where you will discuss (One 1.5 hour session per month-with evening and weekend options)
- Required “Hands on Assists” Workshops with Mentors (One 2 Hour session per month)
Please know, that your successful completion of Mentorship Program and favorable recommendation from your mentor are factors we look closely at when deciding to invite new teachers onto our community teaching, sub list and eventually, permanent teaching staff.

We have been training and certifying yoga teachers since 2001, we’ve offered our highly-regarded 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Program in New York City. We now also offer a full 500 Hour Advanced Studies Program and Prenatal certification.
