1. Where has Yoga has taken you?

Yoga has transformed my life. It has taught me the importance of being in the moment, being disciplined and mentally strong.
Not only in my Asana practice where yoga has changed my body, made me more flexible and stronger, also off the mat when I need to take a deep breath when I am experiencing a challenge situation.
Overall, yoga has made me (want to be) more grounded and seeking inner peace.
Before I started yoga meditation was just a word without much meaning. It was very hard at the beginning and still is. But now, through  constant practice and with the guidance of my Mentor (Sarah Ireland) I can understand better and see the benefits of it.
Without a dought, daily meditation and yoga practice, even though difficult makes the difference in my life.

2. How did your yoga teacher training influence your life?

Going through the teacher training has helped me be more determinate and consistent with my daily practice, physically and spiritually.

It has me made want to reorganized my life to be able to get a daily practice.

3. What was your first yoga class like?

My very first yoga class was an unforgettable experience, very intense and powerful. It was at Sonic. The class was packed. The teacher’s energy was flowing through the room and shared by everyone. It was an amazing feeling. I left that day feeling extremely energized and very pleased having shared that moment with others.
