Due to the New York State mandate we sadly closed our NYC studio doors at 8pm this evening .

In order to keep the Sonic love flowing, we are happy to announce that we will be offering SONIC LIVE STREAM online classes every day with your favorite Sonic teachers !

She also shares a wonderful breathing practice, Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) to help you stay calm and centered.

Our current SONIC LIVE schedule:
Please note we will be updating classes as we go, so stay tuned to our mindbody schedule for updates.

WEEKDAYS
Monday through Friday
10am, 12:30pm, and 6:30pm

WEEKENDS:
Saturday
9am, 1pm and 4pm
Sunday
10am, 1pm, and 4pm

Please sign up for class, as usual, via mindbody or the Sonic App at any time but at least 30 minutes before class. You will receive a link to the LIVE class 15 minutes before class begins.

In gratitude for your loyalty and support during this transitional time, we will be:

Offering two free weeks of SONIC LIVE classes to all members and we have put all membership charges on pause until the end the month.

We will also be adding 2 weeks to the expiration date of all class packages.

We will re-evaluate studio policy before the end of the month and keep you posted as things unfold.
