HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN PRACTICING YOGA? Many years but my daily practice began part of my life seven years ago.

MOST UNFORGETTABLE YOGA MEMORY? Having helped one of my first private clients
balance, move his body and stand up straight after our practice together and he told me I had changed his life!
LIFE LESSON LEARNED FROM YOGA? One step at a time-It is all about the journey-slow down and enjoy each minute of each day! Grateful for every day I wake up, see the beautiful world, I am healthy and can move my body!
