- Anatomy – Anatomy teachers Sarah Yukie and Sarah Ireland provide current, accessible and applicable information concerning the stages of pregnancy, fetal development and postpartum . You’ll learn essential information and tools that you can apply in an immediate way to serve pregnant yoginis through each trimester.
- Ayurveda – Teacher Shweta Parmar will take you through specific Ayurvedic practices to support women for each trimester and for the “sacred window” – the forty days following birth. Participate in an ayurvedic potluck giving you the opportunity to prepare and share specific ayurvedic recipes as you learn practical applications for your students and yourself in a hands-on way.
