tap into your infinite potential by lauren hanna, founder of sonic yoga

Ultimately Yoga is a journey of transformation, an evolution of the soul. A practice that encourages self-awareness and self-inquiry so that we may evolve and grow as humans in this life time.

It’s not just about “doing” Yoga, it’s about how “living” Yoga helps us to blossom into our best selves.

Yoga gives us the skills to navigate through the constant ups and downs of life.  It provides us with the guidance that we need to stay centered and steady no matter what the universe has in store for us.

Yoga is a phenomenal practice because it allows us to grow in ways that we might have never expected. It highlights our flaws and celebrates our gifts.

It encourages an inner perception that grants us the ability to honestly observe our mental, psychological, and physical patterns and gives us the tools to heal and transform them.

It is a lifestyle, a tradition, a psychology, and a healing practice all in one.

Sonic Yoga is unique in that it offers a full spectrum pathway to your personal growth.  You can explore the physical practice in our variety of asana-based classes,But there is also the option to dive deeper with our free meditations, workshops, and healing circles.

And of course, the maha (great) in-depth dive into personal growth through our teacher training program.

Self-study is a critical part of the Yoga experience. Take time to reflect and to honor

your progress on the path.  As you observe yourself healing and transforming it will continue

to pull you back to the magic of the practice to provide continued support as your soul evolves.

My offering for you in this moment is to contemplate the following questions:

What has Yoga taught you about yourself?

In what ways have you grown?

What has been healed?

Are you more self-aware?

Do you love yourself more?

Are you more content?

Do you feel more at peace?

What lies ahead for you?

What are the next set of challenges?

How will you use the tools of Yoga to move through them?

Take a moment to explore these questions. And ask yourself them after you finish your practice. Be open to receive the guidance that is waiting for you.

Stay tuned to your infinite potential.

Many Blessings,

Lauren
