Finding joy and fun in your body movement with yoga – that’s what I want to guide my students to! I believe we need to have fun in whatever we do, especially if you are a busy New Yorker! There are so many twists and turns with hurdles in our everyday life. If we can approach them with a fun and joyful attitude, we are already winning half way. How we are behaving on the mat is how we are in real life. I like to bring positivity, freedom, creativity and challenges to yoga practice. If we learn to enjoy the moving sensation in our bodies, approach yoga practice with ease and an opened mind, we are one step forward to connect with our inner self. That is the pathway to find true joy and our purpose in life.
