sacred fertility yoga

There is nothing more sacred than creating new life. Yet women often experience their fertility and journey to becoming pregnant as stressful, frustrating, full of pressure, judgement, heartache and stress.

Lauren Hanna invites you to transform your journey from a place of contraction (fear) to a place of expansion (love).

Blending modern science and research, ancient yoga wisdom and her own personal experience, Lauren will lead you on the path of Sacred Fertility Yoga.

Lauren knows this journey because she lived it – and became a mother at the age of 46. It is her heartfelt desire to share the wisdom she gained and walk with you in full support and nurturing guidance as you navigate your own path to Sacred Fertility.

SACRED FERTILITY PRENATAL YOGA FAQ’S
Classes are Tuesday 11:15am -12:15pm and Sunday 2:30pm- 3:45pm

The class is designed for all levels of practitioner with modifications to suit each students needs. The modifications our teachers offer are based on science and experience. Keeping the pregnant woman safe is our first priority. We use plenty of props, give clear instruction, move with intention and most importantly give you permission to do what feels best in your body.

– How does the course/classes change at each phase of the pregnancy? The teachers will offer variations for poses based on where each practitioner is in her journey of motherhood. At the start of class the teacher will ask each woman to share how many weeks pregnant or postpartum she is, or if she’s trying to become pregnant. This way the teacher can tailor the class to the students and the mothers have opportunity to build community.

There are currently approximately 6-12 women in each class. The maximum would be 25.
Wear clothes you can move in comfortably. Bring a yoga mat or rent one at the studio for $2. Bring a water bottle, we have a filtered water cooler, and snacks if you like. We have all other props.
