Namaste,
I’m very excited for my upcoming Meditation, “Who Am I: A Meditation on the Practice of Self Inquiry on May 21st at 8pm, where I will take you all on a journey of self-exploration through the map of the 5 koshas, the Ayurvedic diagram of the self.
This practice will allow you to connect deeply with your soul and awaken your inner intuition to guide you to a deeper place of inner knowing so that you can create a powerful intention and manifest your dreams!
The practice of self-inquiry is about releasing the identification with the “I” or the ego and seeking to discover who or what we truly are. It’s about recognizing that we are part of the great awareness itself.
We will begin to explore the Five Koshas thru experimenting exercises I’ve adapted from meditation teacher Sally Kempton and the teachings of Ramana Maharshi.
The idea is not to engage the mind. Just to ask the questions and to listen and when the answers rise up to put them aside and ask the question again so you can go deeper and deeper into pure awareness.
Here is a simple version of the meditation that you can practice on your own until we gather on the 21st.Register HERE.

Write them in your journal.
