Shadow Yoga is a system of Hatha Yoga that incorporates many traditional postures, as well as elements of Qi Gong and martial arts. It is a mobile, fluid practice with emphasis on the breath.

This workshop presents an opportunity to dialogue about the history of this practice and the logic behind its unique approach. Students of all levels are welcome, although regular practice and healthy mobility are recommended.
