ABOUT YOGA: Yoga restores me mentally, physically and spiritually. It gives me a chance to honor my intuition, connect with my body and get in touch with my deepest self.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN COMING TO SONIC? I took my first class at sonic in 2005!

WHAT CLASSES DO YOU USUALLY TAKE? I take almost every class at Sonic from Flow Fundamentals to Level 2. I appreciate all of them for different reasons. I always leave feeling better and uplifted.

HOBBIES: Singing performing, writing, dancing, creating and traveling.

WHAT DOES PEACE OF MIND MEAN TO YOU? Learning to accept where I am right now. Feeling at ease with my choices.

FAVORITE NEW YORK MEMORY: So hard to pick one. One of my favorite memories was opening for Pete Seeger in 2010

FAVORITE PLACE IN MANHATTAN: The Music Inn in the west village. All the eclectic instruments from around the world inspire me.

WHAT INSPIRES YOU? The ocean creating and composing, reading autobiographies, films and thought provoking lyrics. Spending quality time with loved ones.

LIFE LESSON LEARNED FROM YOGA: Yoga is a way of life. It is my true form of healing.

UNFORGETTABLE YOGA MEMORY: Practicing yoga on the beach at sunset in Turkey and falling on my face in the sand.
