Embarking on my yoga journey two decades ago was my response to stress-induced insomnia. Yoga, with its focus on breath, brought solace and even led to a few peaceful naps on the studio floor. Consistency eluded me until Sonic Yoga entered my life, I challenged myself to a month of daily practice. The impact was transformative – I felt incredible in my body, a sensation that kept me hooked.

In March 2018, I joined Sonic Yoga on a retreat in Costa Rica. A journey filled with daily yoga in a breathtaking open-air setting, nourishing meals crafted by a private chef, jungle adventures, and newfound friendships. It was magical and further deepened my practice.

The next milestone came in January 2020 with Sonic Yoga Teacher Training. Intense, joyful, and bonding, our YTT group became a tight-knit community. Even now, almost four years later, we continue to gather, share dinners, and embark on trips, like our recent journey to Taos where our collective high vibe manifested magical experiences.

Little did I know that this training would become a lifeline when the world locked down in March 2020. A week after YTT ended, my Kundalini energy was activated. Armed with the knowledge from YTT, I delved into the inner world amidst global chaos. The tools from YTT and yoga practice anchored me, and I navigated uncertainties with peace and serenity.

The teachings expanded beyond personal well-being. They now weave into my work as an interior designer and feng shui practitioner. Our homes, an outer reflection of our inner worlds, became my canvas for energetic transformations.

This profound journey didn’t stop there. Internal energy work evolved, leading to the development of a light language, a constant awareness of energy with my hands and body movement, and a merging with my Higher Self. Yoga, as a practice for our spiritual and physical well-being, laid the foundation for these extraordinary experiences.
