Dive into an experiential teachings of the essential practices for living a grounded and creative life during the season of mutability and change. Fall is known in the rtucharya or seasonal rhythm of Ayurveda as the “vata season” known for accelerated movement and lack of grounding which challenges the creative power culminating in the fall. The Vata season is the easiest time of the year to allow the stress of doing to overwhelm the deeper flow of yoga. Rather than a lecture, we will flow through an calming, experiential, embodied teaching of the five anchors for living vinyasa through the Fall-Vata season with wisdom, peace and creative actualization of the seeds planted in the new year. Please bring a journal, a bathing suit and towel for Prana Flow self-massage, a small bottle of sesame oil, and a yoga mat (and a mug if you would like to sip healing tea). $75.
